Refund policy

The Supplier may decide to make a refund. The User accepts the fact that the Provider is not able to prevent technical problems that may lead to a violation of the terms and conditions. In case of technical problems, you should contact the customer support service at fudzimaru@gmail.com
Terms of the Return Policy
- The Client has the right to request a refund only in case of technical problems or malfunctions of the Website caused by the Supplier, which led to the debiting of the amount of money from the Client’s account without his/her knowledge.
- This request should be submitted within 7 days from the moment the loss of funds occurred. A request submitted after 1 calendar month from the moment the Client became aware of the loss of funds will not be considered.
- When considering such a request, the Provider has the right to require the Client to provide any supporting screenshots, documents or information about the loss of money. The Client’s requests will not be processed without the necessary supporting documentation.
- The supplier may refuse a return without explanation or further appeal.
